Well another year has gone by…and with all the craziness of 2020 it seems to have flown by and (at times) to never end! This year has been full of ups and downs, sad times for many families that have been separated due to COVID concerns and even worse for those that have lost loved ones.
This year affected our family directly, as I’m sure many of you can relate. Due to being furloughed from my day-job from March through June, to my wife having to adapt to online/in-class teaching and many new rules all in her first year, and our kids “learning to learn” in a new and strange way. It was a struggle at times and we can only hope that next year might be a little easier on us all!
In an unexpected twist however, the lumber business this year has flourished! I suppose many of us being stuck at home had more time to check off our “Honey-do” list or knock out those custom/personal woodworking projects we’ve always needed the time to do! We were thrilled to be able to help so many people this year with their woodworking supplies and needs! Your support of our business has again blown us away and thanks to YOU we were able to accomplish ALL of our goals this year for our business!😮
Thanks to all of you we were able to take the big leap and make some big investments into M2 Lumber. As many of you know, we completed our new 3,200 sqft indoor lumberyard and woodshop. This new space allows us to store so much more lumber in an easy to display lumber racks. Our woodshop is well underway and almost complete to our plans. We have our dust collection almost completely installed as well as a woodstove heater.
We’ve also already started planning and investing for next year to add even more amazing services for you all!! I won’t ruin the surprises, but I will say that 2021 will have some exciting new additions to M2 Lumber!! So be sure to stay tuned.
I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my family! We love all our customers so much and the support that you give us both in monetary form and through your kind words, online reviews and personal campaigning and advertising that you do for us! We have so many new customer referrals and we appreciate that so much!🤗 I can only hope that this is evidence that we are doing something right and making your customer experience a great one!
